Today's workout....
I did the cross-trainer this morning for 32 minutes or so. I knocked out about 3 miles and some 500 calories or so. From there we hit the weights for about 20-30 minutes. After that, we did some ab exercises with the exercise ball.
I think I'm going to go to the aerobics class tomorrow morning.
This last weekend....
Went to the Iowa Stars hockey game on Saturday night with my g/f and 2 of her daughters. It was a lot of fun. We each got a free hot dog, chips, and can of pop. I was going to eat before going, but didn't.
Yesterday I made guacamole and hummus for a Superbowl party. I ate that and some veggies and just drank water. Grazed on that a bit too much, though, probably.
