This morning's workout... New measurements...

This morning's workout...

So this morning I knocked out 40 minutes on the cross-trainer. I burned some 500+ calories and went over 4 miles.
We then hit the weights then used the exercise ball for ab exercises then a bit of stretching.


New measurements...

My trainer, Deb, took my measurements today.
I have lost 8.25 inches since 10/31!
